Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken chunks and halved potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken and potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Cut potatoes and chicken to similar sizes for even cooking.
  • Use chicken thighs for juicier results, or breasts for a leaner option.
  • Add vegetables like bell peppers or green beans in the last 10 minutes of cooking for a complete meal.
