Ingredients

For the Chicken Wings:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings separated into flats and drumettes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra grated Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  • Prepare the chicken wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.
  • Bake the wings: Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Make the Alfredo sauce: In a skillet, melt the butter, add minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream. Simmer and whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Coat the wings: Transfer baked wings to a bowl, pour Alfredo sauce over them, and toss until coated. Sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan.
  • Serve: Serve the Alfredo Chicken Wings immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end.
  • You can substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
