- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Extra grated Parmesan for garnish
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
Prepare the chicken wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.
Bake the wings: Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Make the Alfredo sauce: In a skillet, melt the butter, add minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream. Simmer and whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Coat the wings: Transfer baked wings to a bowl, pour Alfredo sauce over them, and toss until coated. Sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan.
Serve: Serve the Alfredo Chicken Wings immediately.
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end.
- You can substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
