Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake Mixture:

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream

For the Chocolate Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Additional Ingredients:

  • 20 Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until combined.
  • Add Baileys and continue beating until smooth and fluffy.

Prepare the Chocolate Whipped Cream:

  • In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until it doubles in volume and starts to thicken.
  • Add Baileys, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.

Crush the Oreos:

  • Place Oreo cookies in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin until small crumbles are formed.

Layer the Ingredients:

  • Spoon cheesecake mixture and whipped cream mixture into large piping bags.
  • In four lowball glasses, layer cookie crumbles, cheesecake mixture, and whipped cream mixture. Repeat with a second layer of cookie crumbles and cheesecake mixture.

Decorate and Serve:

  • Pipe a swirl of whipped cream on top of each glass using an open star piping tip.
  • Garnish with additional crushed Oreos.

Notes

  • For best results, chill trifles for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
  • If preparing in advance, keep the components separate until ready to assemble to maintain freshness and texture.
