- 2 cups broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs use gluten-free if needed
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup cream cheese softened
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil for greasing the baking sheet
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
