- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs

- 2 cups shredded carrots

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Prepare the Batter: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
