Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch fresh celery 8–10 stalks
  • 1 green apple optional, for sweetness
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional, for tanginess
  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger optional, for zing
  • Celery: Choose organic firm stalks with bright green leaves for maximum nutrients.
  • Apple: Adds natural sweetness; use Granny Smith for a tart twist.
  • Lemon: Enhances flavor and preserves freshness; fresh-squeezed is best.
  • Ginger: Boosts flavor and digestion; peel before juicing or blending.

Instructions
 

Prepare Celery

  • I wash 1 bunch of celery thoroughly, trim the ends, and chop stalks into 2-inch pieces for easier juicing or blending.

Juice or Blend

  • Using a juicer, I process the celery to yield ~16 oz of juice. If using a blender, I blend the celery with 1 cup cold water until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove pulp.

Add Optional Flavors

  • For extra flavor, I juice or blend in 1 green apple, 1 tbsp lemon juice, or a 1-inch piece of ginger, adjusting to taste.

Serve

  • I pour the Celery Juice into a glass, add ice if desired, and enjoy immediately on an empty stomach for optimal benefits.
