Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken grilled, fried, or rotisserie
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup homemade croutons
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas or wraps 10-inch

Instructions

  • Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well to coat.
  • Warm the tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat for 15-30 seconds per side or microwave them between paper towels for 15-30 seconds.
  • Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla on a clean surface and place a portion of the Caesar salad mixture in the center.
  • Wrap it up: Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  • Serve and enjoy: Cut in half and serve as-is or with extra Caesar dressing for dipping!

Notes

  • Best enjoyed fresh, but if needed, store assembled wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 8 hours.
  • Prep ahead by keeping ingredients separate and assembling just before serving.
  • Dressing: Store homemade Caesar dressing in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Croutons: Keep homemade croutons in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Lettuce: Wash and chop Romaine in advance; store in a container with a paper towel to absorb moisture.
  • Chicken: Cook and refrigerate chicken in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
