  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/4 tsp paprika optional
  • Chopped fresh herbs such as chives or parsley, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  • Assemble Ingredients: Add the cottage cheese to the center of the baking dish. Crack the eggs around the cottage cheese.
