  • 6 scoops whey protein powder*

  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 cups peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Wet Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, protein powder, and salt.
  • Combine: Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully incorporated. Stir in the dark chocolate chips.

  • Chill: Place the cookie dough bites on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes until firm.
