- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese, cubed and softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix about 1 oz
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish optional
Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add cream cheese, milk, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in ranch seasoning mix, then add shredded chicken and crumbled bacon.
Add cooked gnocchi and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well to combine and heat through.
