  • 2 tbsp 30ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¾ cup 180ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika optional
  • Substitution: Use half-and-half or Greek yogurt for cream; dried dill for fresh.

Instructions
 

Preheat and Prep

  • I preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C), line a baking sheet with parchment, and pat 4 salmon fillets dry for this Creamy Lemon Dill Salmon.

Season Salmon
