  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional garnish

For the Creamy Sauce:

  • ¼ cup 60g mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup 60g sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 –2 dashes hot sauce optional
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley optional garnish

Instructions
 

Prep Shrimp

  • I pat 1 lb shrimp dry with paper towels, then toss in a bowl with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper. I let them marinate for 5–10 minutes for this zesty seafood dish.

Make Sauce

  • In a small bowl, I whisk ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sour cream, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp Cajun seasoning, ¼ tsp paprika, and optional hot sauce until smooth for this spicy shrimp delight.

Cook Shrimp
