- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup 80ml canola or vegetable oil
- 1 tsp black food coloring optional
Buttercream:
- ½ cup 113g unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups 250g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 –2 tbsp 15–30ml milk
- Green food coloring
Decorations:
- ¼ cup 30g round green sprinkles
- 2 tbsp 15g Halloween sprinkles (e.g., skulls, bones)
- 36 candy eyeballs
- 18 pretzel sticks halved
