- ½ cup 120g red bell pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup 120g green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 –2 jalapeños seeded and finely diced
- ¼ cup 60ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 box 1.75 oz/49g powdered fruit pectin
- 5 cups 1000g granulated sugar
- Substitution: Use mango for peaches; dried chili flakes for jalapeños.
Prepare Jars
