  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup 125g self-rising flour
  • ½ cup 115g unsalted butter, melted
  • Substitution: No self-rising flour? Use 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt

Preheat and Prep
