  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cauliflower:

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets. Rinse, drain, and pat dry.

Cook the Garlic:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the Cauliflower:

Add the Mushrooms:

  • Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
  • Cook for another 5-7 minutes until mushrooms are softened and golden brown.
