Grilled Nectarine Burrata Salad: A Sweet and Savory Summer Gem
Brighten your summer meals with this Grilled Nectarine Burrata Salad, a delightful blend of sweet grilled nectarines, creamy burrata, and salty prosciutto, finished with a tangy balsamic glaze.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly brush the nectarine halves with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Place the nectarines on the grill, cut-side down. Grill for 2-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
