  • Toss to Coat: Place carrots in a large mixing bowl or directly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pour the honey garlic butter mixture over the carrots and toss until they’re fully coated.
  • Roast to Perfection: Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized at the edges. Give them a quick toss halfway through for even roasting.
  • Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top right before serving. For extra wow-factor, drizzle a little extra honey over the carrots during the final 5 minutes of roasting for a glossy, irresistible glaze.
