For the Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil or use cooking spray
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
For the Hot Honey Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 –2 tsp hot sauce sriracha, Frank’s, or your favorite
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional
For the Topping
- 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup cream cheese softened (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
- Fresh chopped parsley or thyme optional garnish
Prep the Chicken
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Bread the Chicken
Set up 3 bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and coat with panko.
Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook each breast for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer to a 400°F oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, until cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
Place breaded chicken on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Make the Hot Honey Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat honey, hot sauce, and vinegar over low heat.
Stir until well blended. Taste and adjust heat to your preference.
Assemble & Serve
Place cooked chicken on plates.
Drizzle generously with hot honey sauce.
Top with crumbled feta, a dollop of cream cheese (optional), and fresh herbs if using.
