Ingredients

  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • 6 –8 tablespoons fruit syrup
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream or half and half
  • 4 tablespoons whipped cream
  • Fresh fruit for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Fill your glass with ice until about ¾ full.
  • Drizzle the syrup over the ice. Use one flavor or layer two for extra fun.
  • Pour in club soda slowly, leaving a little room at the top.
  • Add heavy cream for that signature creaminess.
  • Top with whipped cream and garnish with fruit.

Notes

DIY Fruit Syrup Recipe:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen fruit of choice (berries, citrus, stone fruit, etc.)
Instructions:
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves (don’t let it boil).
  2. Place fruit into a heat-safe jar.
  3. Pour hot syrup over the fruit.
  4. Seal, shake, and let steep for a few hours—or overnight for a stronger flavor.
  5. Strain out the fruit and store syrup in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
