No-Bake Snickers Pie

- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs about 20 crushed Oreos
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 4 Snickers bars chopped
- Extra caramel sauce for drizzling optional
Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and chill for 10 minutes.
Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into peanut butter mixture.
Spread half the filling into the crust. Drizzle caramel over it. Add remaining filling and smooth top.
Top with chopped Snickers bars. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Drizzle with extra caramel before serving, if desired.
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Chill overnight for a firmer set and easier slicing.
