- ½ cup 115 g unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- ¾ cup 150 g granulated sugar
- ½ cup 100 g dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup 95 g all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup 85 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10 Oreo cookies coarsely crushed, plus extra for topping
