Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 black tea bags or peach-flavored tea bags
  • 2 ripe peaches sliced
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup peach nectar or peach juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Extra peach slices and raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Brew the Tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then steep 3 black tea bags (or peach-flavored) for 5-7 minutes. For a bolder fruit flavor, steep a bit longer. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool completely.
  • Blend the Fruit: In a blender, combine 2 sliced peaches and ½ cup fresh raspberries with a splash of water (just enough to blend). Puree until smooth. For a smoother drink, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, or keep it chunky for added texture.
  • Sweeten the Tea: In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea, fruit puree, 1 cup peach nectar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and ¼ cup honey or simple syrup. Stir well, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  • Add the Fizz: Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the peach-raspberry tea mixture, leaving room at the top. Finish each glass with a splash of sparkling water for that bubbly Bellini vibe.
  • Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh mint leaves, a peach slice, and a few raspberries for a stunning presentation. Serve immediately and enjoy your peach iced tea!

Notes

  • Boost the Flavor: Use peach-flavored tea bags for an extra peachy punch.
  • Make It a Cocktail: Add a splash of prosecco, vodka, or rum for an adult-friendly version.
  • Frozen Fruit Option: No fresh raspberries? Frozen ones work just as well.
  • Adjust Sweetness: Taste as you go and add more honey or syrup if needed.
  • Keep It Bubbly: Add sparkling water just before serving to preserve the fizz.
