Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Base:

  • 1 ½ cups 150 g graham cracker or peanut butter cookie crumbs
  • ¼ cup 60 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp 25 g brown sugar

For the Peanut Butter Mousse:

  • 8 oz 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup 190 g smooth peanut butter
  • ¾ cup 90 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup 180 ml heavy cream

For the Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup 240 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp 25 g granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

For the Caramel Drizzle:

  • ¼ cup 60 g smooth peanut butter
  • ¼ cup 50 g brown sugar
  • ¼ cup 60 ml heavy cream

Optional Toppings:

  • Chopped roasted peanuts
  • Crushed peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cookie Base

  • I mix 1 ½ cups cookie crumbs, ¼ cup melted butter, and 2 tbsp brown sugar until clumpy. I press into the bottom of 6 jars, then chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to set for this creamy peanut dessert.

Make the Peanut Butter Mousse

  • I beat 8 oz cream cheese and ¾ cup peanut butter until smooth, then add ¾ cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. In another bowl, I whip ¾ cup heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture for a light, stable cozy recipe.

Whip the Cream Topping

  • I whip 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, and ½ tsp vanilla to soft peaks. I spoon or pipe it over the mousse for a fluffy layer in this layered peanut butter parfait.

Create the Caramel Drizzle

  • In a saucepan, I combine ¼ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup brown sugar, and ¼ cup cream over low heat, stirring until smooth. I let it cool slightly before drizzling over the whipped cream for this cozy recipe.

Assemble and Chill

  • I layer the mousse over the cookie base, add whipped cream, and drizzle with caramel. I sprinkle with peanuts or peanut butter cups, then chill the jars for 2 hours to set this Peanut Butter Dessert.

Notes

You can double the mousse and whipped cream layers if using taller jars. To save time, prepare the caramel drizzle while the mousse sets. Use natural peanut butter with a smooth texture for best results.
