  • ½ cup 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp 30 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 2 tbsp 30 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven

  • I preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly for this cheese bombs treat.

Prep Biscuits

  • I open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and flatten each into a 3-inch circle. I place 1 tbsp mixed mozzarella and cheddar in the center of each for this easy recipe.
