Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 14 oz/400g sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup 60g pureed pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 1 tbsp 14g unsalted butter (plus extra for greasing)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup 100g granulated sugar
  • 9 semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Cook Fudge Base

  • I combine 14 oz condensed milk, ¼ cup pumpkin puree, 1 tbsp butter, and 1 tsp cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. I stir constantly until thick (5–7 minutes), when a spoon leaves a slow trail, then cool in a bowl for 10 minutes and chill for 1 hour for this autumn fudge treat.

Prepare Sugar Coating

  • I pour ½ cup sugar into a small bowl and line a baking sheet with parchment for this festive fall candy.

Shape Fudge

  • I grease my hands with butter, roll 1–2 tbsp chilled fudge into balls (9 large or 18 small), and coat in sugar for this simple recipe.
