  • ¼ cup 40g grated onion
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • ¼ cup 30g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup 60ml vegetable oil (canola or avocado)
  • Substitution: Use gluten-free flour for all-purpose flour; flax egg for egg vegan option.

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven

  • I preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for these Savory Sweet Potato Hash Browns.
