- 1 1/2 cups frozen berries e.g., blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
- 1 cup Diet 7Up Sprite Zero, or any low-calorie fizzy drink (no artificial colors preferred)
Combine frozen berries and low-calorie fizzy drink in a blender. Blend until smooth and pourable. Adjust sweetness with artificial sweetener, honey, or agave if desired.
If using fresh fruit, substitute the same amount of fresh berries and add one cup of ice to the blender before blending.
- For a non-artificial sweetener option, substitute the fizzy drink with coconut water or coconut milk. Additional sweeteners such as honey will increase calorie count slightly.
