Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips.
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam or preserves.
  • Pink food coloring (optional, for a more vibrant swirl).

Instructions

  • Prepare Your Pan
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra on the sides to make lifting the fudge easier later.
  • Melt the Chocolate
In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add Flavor
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the Base
Pour the white chocolate mixture into your prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Create the Strawberry Swirl
Warm the strawberry jam in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it easier to work with. Drop small spoonfuls of jam across the fudge surface. Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the jam, creating a marbled effect. For a more vivid swirl, add a few drops of pink food coloring.
  • Chill Until Set
Refrigerate the fudge for 2-3 hours, or until it's firm to the touch and fully set.
  • Slice and Serve
Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • Avoid Overheating: Stir constantly while melting the chocolate to prevent it from scorching.
  • More Strawberry Flavor: For a bolder strawberry taste, add a teaspoon of strawberry extract to the fudge base before swirling in the jam.
  • Sweet-Salty Twist: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top of the fudge before chilling for a delightful contrast.
