  • ¾ cup (105g) all purpose (plain) flour *can sub with ¾ cup oat flour (110g)
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt *adjust to taste. Skip if making for a baby/toddler.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough

  • In a large bowl, combine sweet potato puree, flour, olive oil, baking powder, salt, and your chosen spices.
  • Mix and knead until a soft dough forms. If it's sticky, add more flour (1 tablespoon at a time).
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Roll and Cut

  • Lightly flour a clean work surface.
  • Roll the dough to about 3mm (⅛ inch) thickness for crispy crackers.
  • Use a sharp knife, pizza cutter, or cookie cutter to cut the dough into small squares or fun shapes.

Bake the Crackers

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Poke small holes in each cracker with a toothpick to prevent air bubbles.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
