Ingredients
  

  • 12 Savoiardi lady fingers ~120g
  • 2 tbsp 15g powdered sugar
  • cup 85g mascarpone cheese, cold
  • 2 –4 tbsp 30–60ml strongly brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp 10g cocoa powder (for coating)
  • Optional: powdered sugar or crushed chocolate for topping

Instructions
 

Crush Lady Fingers

  • I pulse 12 lady fingers in a food processor to fine crumbs or crush in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin for this no-bake tiramisu bites’ texture.

Mix Filling

  • In a bowl, I blend crumbs, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, ⅓ cup mascarpone, and 2 tbsp coffee until thick, adding more coffee if dry, for this Tiramisu Balls Recipe.

Form and Coat Balls

  • I scoop 1.5 tbsp portions, roll into ~20 balls, and coat in 2 tbsp cocoa powder on a plate for this elegant dessert snack.

Chill and Serve
