  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Cheese Base: In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, and olive oil. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed (about 1–2 minutes).
  • Add the Seasoning: Add minced garlic and dried basil. Pulse until everything is evenly incorporated and fragrant.
  • Plate and Shape: Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a shallow bowl or serving plate. Use the back of a spoon to create a shallow well in the center.
  • Drizzle and Garnish: Drizzle honey generously into the center well and allow some to run across the top. Sprinkle chopped pistachios, chives, and black pepper across the edges.
  • Serve: Serve immediately with warm pita bread, sliced baguette, or veggie sticks while the dip is fresh and creamy.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
  • If making ahead, keep the honey and toppings separate and add them just before serving
  • Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving to soften
